A refundable key / breakage deposit is payable upon arrival at the resort. The deposit amount is R 1500.00 for Rental Clients, and R 500.00 for affiliated Club Members. Please note that should this fee not be paid, occupancy will not be granted. Please note that the Key and Breakage Fee is payable upon arrival to the Resort directly. This fee is not payable to the Reservation Company, as it is a Resort function. Refund of the Deposit takes up to 7 - 14 workings days. This fee is not payable to the Reservation Company. Clients can pay either via card or cash, but the resort is not refunding back into credit card as per the credit act, therefor we require clients that paid via card that the banking details provided must be for a savings or either a current account details. Flats not left in a clean and tidy condition on departure (includes but not limited to dirty dishes, soiled furniture, stained linen, dirty carpets etc.) will result in a penalty fee being charged to the breakage deposit. Damages to any unit, its contents, including but not limited to furniture, fittings or fixtures during the tenants stay, shall be deducted from the breakage deposit.
Please note that no pets are permitted. This includes all pets.
Prepaid aircon in every unit in the main bedroom only at R25 Per Day.
B block - 1 bedroom flat maximum 2 adults and 2 children strictly under 12 years of age.
A block - 2 bedroom flat maximum 4 adults and 2 children strictly under 12 years of age.
No swimming permitted after 21.00, no glass or glass bottles are permitted within the swimming pool area.
Please note that the resort does have free WiFi available for guests.
Group Bookings Notice:
Please note that should you confirm 2 or more chalets at the same resort, for the same period, that this will be regarded as a Group Booking. Over and above the Standard Terms and Conditions and Resort Rules and Regulations, the below will also apply to all Group Bookings:
1. Before confirming and paying for your Group Booking (2 or more chalets at the same resort, for the same period), it is your responsibility to first contact the relevant Reservations Company to obtain approval from the relevant resort for the Group Booking. Should the resort decline the request for the Group Booking, the reservation will be canceled with immediate effect. Should the resort grant approval for the Group Booking, the relevant Reservations Group will assist with the payment and confirmation of the reservations, and all additional Group Booking Terms and Conditions will be explained.
2. Group Booking gatherings are not permitted in one chalet. No more than the prescribed number of guests per chalet will be permitted in the chalet.
3. Communal / Boma areas / facilities are available at most resorts. Please contact the resort directly after confirming the booking with the relevant Reservations Company, to book the areas for Group Bookings. Please do note that this will be at an additional cost and managed by the relevant resort.
4. No parties / loud music / disruptive / abusive behavior will be tolerated. Non-compliance will lead to immediate eviction at Managements and / or Security’s sole discretion. This decision is final, and the Group will be requested to leave the resort immediately. Should the Group be evicted from the resort, or occupation not permitted, neither the Reservations Company, the Resort, nor the Managing Agent will be liable for any form of compensation / refund.
5. Additional Group Booking forms must be signed by the main member upon arrival at the resort. Should the main member fail to sign the said indemnities, access will be denied, with no compensation / refund given.
6. The Key and Breakage deposit is payable per chalet confirmed, and not per Group.
